The Wingman is a highly regarded multitool praised for its sleek design, ease of use, and excellent quality. Customers appreciate its perfect size and the convenience of clipping it to their pocket for easy carry. While opinions vary on the blade and wire cutters, the overall consensus is that it is the best multitool many have ever had.

"I received a Wingman many years ago as a gift, and carry it every day. It’s quite useful, and has just enough tools options that it covers most situations that occur in normal life. The size is just right, and basically disappears when worn (I clip mine in the corner of a front pocket). I like the Wingman so much, that this purchase is a gift for my eldest daughter."
"I bought the Wingman to live in my pocket, and for the first few months I really liked it. I carry it every day and use it for normal tasks around the house, but it has never been heavily abused, excessively dirty, submerged, or exposed to unusual amounts of water. After about six months, part of the tool broke and the pocket clip would no longer stay secure. Leatherman eventually sent me a replacement clip after initially suggesting that I purchase one myself. Now, less than ten months after buying it, the Wingman is rusting badly—especially around the hinges and pivot points. The corrosion has become severe enough that several of the tools are difficult to open and use. The only regular moisture exposure it receives is what you would expect from being carried in a pocket. For a multitool at this price, and from a company with Leatherman’s reputation, this has been a huge disappointment. I have carried other pocket knives in the same conditions and have never had one rust like this. I genuinely enjoyed the Wingman when it was new and used it every day, but a broken clip followed by significant rust in under a year makes it very difficult to recommend."
"This will get you out of any jam. Sharp as “all get out. ” Smooth action and precision mechanics, a must get for Men in action."
"I bought my first Leatherman back in 1987 and haven't looked back. They are built solidly even when pressed beyond what is reasonable (not recommended but nice to know). I lost one in a tank in a sewage processing facility and got it back more than 3 years later. Just a little bit of damage to the metal but still able to use it. I won't take away from some of the other better brands but Leatherman is still the one at the end of the day. I totally trust my Leatherman (and I have several) to handle whatever the task at hand. And that trust means everything!"
"Excellent quality in my opinion. Every opens well and the hinges aren’t too stiff."
"This is marketed as the standard multitool. Has an average amount of utility items, the construction feels of highly sturdy quality, and the parts came tight with no wiggle or looseness. They shipped fast, the customization looked like it did on the website designer, and I really don't have a issue. $60 for a customizable name wingman plus fifteen bucks for a sheath, great deal"
"Awesome! My husband loves it. Thank you! Beautifully designed ❤️"
"Got this one as a Christmas gift, the variety of tools is really useful, though the smooth metal ends up being slippery, which is obviously an issue. Firstly, the way the blade opens makes it unintuitive for a left handed user. The tools themselves have several sharp edges right next to each other, which makes accessing or using them safely a hassle. The bottle opener is also the can opener, so it doesn't make a good latch on the cap & mostly bends it instead of actually opening the bottle. It has also rusted & suffered from sticky joints, which I never experienced with my Swiss Army knife. On the plus side, the clip saves me from having to dig around in my pocket every time & the loop on the blade makes it very easy to open, which absolutely cannot be said for a Swiss Army knife."
"I received a Wingman as a gift in the past and enjoyed the product. However when I thought I would provide the same item as a gift I discovered that that sheath or belt carry pouch is now and additional charge. When I received mine it was included in the box. When asking my wife she said, "Yes it was a single purchase. " The box included the Wingman and the belt carrying case. I was a little embarrassed after giving the product and finding this out when it was unwrapped at the birthday party."
"Too clunky for the pocket, too small as a multitool"
