The Leatherman Book Tour Kicks Off in Portland

On October 6, The Leatherman Book officially hit shelves, and Tim Leatherman celebrated by meeting fans in his hometown of Portland, Oregon.

The book tour kicked off with a sold-out event at Powell’s City of Books, the world’s largest independent bookstore. Fans gathered for an evening with Tim as he shared stories from his life, the early days of Leatherman, and the journey that turned a simple idea into a tool carried by millions of people around the world.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from fans themselves. Tim had a great time connecting with people and listening to their stories about how Leatherman tools have helped them solve problems, big and small.

It was a fantastic way to celebrate the launch of The Leatherman Book and kick off the book tour. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to Powell’s for hosting such a memorable evening!
