Get the Medium if you want a snug fit with an Arc.

"There’s about a half inch of play between the top of my Arc to the flap when closed. Leatherman recommends a large but my medium is a better fit. Not a dealbreaker as it doesn’t really shift much but worth mentioning as I would have gone with a medium in the first place if I had known. It’s easier to pull out with a medium sized sheath. Gave it 4 stars because of this. The sheath has held up to daily use at work (only 2 months so far but still looks new). Good quality nylon, just wish their description was more accurate."

Nylon sheath

"Very nice sheath. Have a hard time getting it out especially with gloves on. My wave+ sits very low in case surrounding it unlike my leather one with a more open lower sides. hard to access. hard to pull out with fingers. redesign."

"Great looking sheath. Very durable and easy to open. It's quite snug fittimg for my Wave, and the extra bits for the screwdriver don't fit in the sheath along with the tool. Maybe the large size would fit everything."

Too small and too tall

"I bought the large sheath in midnight. Three things: 1. It is too tight for the ARC. It’s hard to get the knife in/out of the sheath. 2. The sheath is too tall - hardly any of the knife is proud of the top lip. Combined with the tightness, it makes getting a finger hold on the knife very difficult to pull out. 3. I ordered midnight which I assumed was black - it was a dark blue. The quality of the sheath and the stitching is great."
