Works well and breaks in easy

"After receiving my signal it was a little stiff but after a few days of just opening and closing it it’s loose enough to flick open I love the colors with the sandstorm but just to put it out there the cerakote on the saw teeth will not last very long after about 2-3 uses the cerakote will no longer be on the teeth. Also if your a lefty do not open the saw how you would open the knife by gliding it out with your thumb it will loosen the screw a little bit to where the saw doesn’t want to go back in easily it’s a quick easy fix but use the pull tab that’s intended to be used. Overall it’s a solid tool I use it for camping, hiking, work, and fishing. it has never let me down for the tasks I would expect it to handle"

To collect, or not to collect.

"I have a number of Leatherman multi tools. I am a little ashamed to admit some came from third party sales, because they were limited run, and I missed the boat, but refused to not collect them. This time I got the message in time, and acted. The fit, and finish is amazing. I love the tool layout, and I have started carrying it daily. To be fair, I carry a bag with five other leatherman too. Even knowing that this is a thing for me to collect these tools, I will absolutely use it for what it is intended. Too expensive for what it is.

"It costs an extra $35 for a color finish that wears off after a short time; I feel ripped off. The knife itself isn't bad, but I don't recommend paying extra for a color that isn't worth it."
